12k sqft All-weather arena with a free draining base and SRS sand&fiber footing from Footingfirst, built by Ballard Construction
The ring gets leveled, as well as, given the proper maintenance before the beginning of every season, to provide the best quality footing for our future tenants.

Each stall has a fan and a fly system.

Never too early to start looking for your 2025 seasonal farm rental. Barn showings available starting May 1st, 2023.
PRICING: PM for season 2024/2025 whole barn rental.
Off season only: Individual dry stalls/monthly available starting summer 2025 until August 1st, 2025. Then, only full barn rental seasonal available.

Trailer parking: $80 weekly space limited

Includes: Feed room, tack room, Grooms Quarter, fly system, ring, jumps and 5 paddocks, direct access to bridle path, trailer parking, ring maintenance, camera system, electric and water included, free Wi-Fi, fully gated, in addition to it being a quiet and private enviroment.

Motter Creek will maintain the ring during rental, weather permitting.
