12k sqft All-weather arena with a free draining base and SRS sand&fiber footing from Footingfirst, built by Ballard Construction
The ring gets leveled, as well as, given the proper maintenance before the beginning of every season, to provide the best quality footing for our future tenants.

Annual lease of whole barn will be considered under the right circumstances.
Trailer parking: $80 weekly space limited
Includes: Feed room, tack room, Grooms Quarter, fly system, ring, jumps and 5 paddocks, direct access to bridle path, trailer parking, ring maintenance, camera system, electric and water included, free Wi-Fi, fully gated, in addition to it being a quiet and private enviroment.
Motter Creek will maintain the ring during rental, weather permitting.

Barn rented until Oct 2025. However, individual stalls available.
