12k sqft All-weather arena with a free draining base and SRS sand&fiber footing from Footingfirst, built by Ballard Construction
The ring gets leveled, as well as, given the proper maintenance before the beginning of every season, to provide the best quality footing for our future tenants.

Never too early to start looking for your 2025 seasonal farm rental. Barn showings available starting May 1st, 2023.
PRICING: PM for season 2024/2025 whole barn rental.
Off season only: Individual dry stalls available starting May 2024 for weekly or monthly until August 1st, 2023. Then, only full barn rental seasonal available.

Trailer parking: $80 weekly space limited

Includes: Feed room, tack room, fly system, ring, jumps and 5 paddocks, direct access to bridle path, trailer parking, ring maintenance, camera system, free Wi-Fi, fully gated and more.

Motter Creek will maintain the ring during rental, weather permitting.
